Natural deodorants
Our natural deodorants are uncompromising, aluminium-free and fragrance-free roll-on deodorants that provide effective odour control without hindering the skin’s vital cleansing function or disrupting the body’s natural balance. Restore the natural balance of your underarms with plant-based, skin-nourishing ingredients that care for the delicate skin under your arms – with the utmost respect for your body.
Choose between BREEZE & SOFT deodorants
Both SOFT and BREEZE natural deodorants are fragrance-free – with only a mild botanical scent.
By avoiding stimulating essential oils, we ensure the most soothing experience possible with our deodorants – even after shaving and for very sensitive underarms.
SOFT is formulated with sweat-absorbing rice powder and a mild scent of sage and magnolia extract, whilst BREEZE is formulated with a microbiome-protecting zinc complex and a fresh scent of cucumber extract.
We all have different body chemistries, and therefore different needs when it comes to choosing a deodorant and the effect it has. As with all other skincare choices, you’ll need to try a few to find your favourite.
What is the difference between an antiperspirant deodorant and a natural deodorant?
An antiperspirant deodorant helps to reduce sweat production using aluminium salts, an active ingredient that is applied to the skin’s surface in a gel form, which clogs the pores and thus prevents sweat from being released. A natural deodorant helps to eliminate unwanted odours, whilst still allowing your underarms to perspire.
Despite any myths you may have heard, natural deodorants can be at least as effective at eliminating odour as conventional deodorants.
There are many benefits to switching from antiperspirant deodorant back to a natural one.
But what is the difference, and what are the benefits of making the switch? And what should you bear in mind when making the switch? Read more in this article.
What should you bear in mind when switching to an aluminium-free deodorant?
Switching to an aluminium-free deodorant may take some getting used to for some people. We therefore recommend allowing your body around two weeks to adjust after stopping the use of antiperspirants. As the sweat glands are no longer blocked, your body may instinctively overcompensate by sweating more at first. Be patient. Your body will soon return to its natural balance and your natural baseline for how much and how your body sweats, provided it is not affected by the antiperspirant effect.
