- Lather the soap between your hands, bring them to your nose and take deep aromatherapeutic breaths.
- Lather your body and rinse thoroughly with water.

ALOE VERA Deeply moisturising with a high content of amino acids, enzymes, vitamins and minerals that soothe skin irritation and promote skin cell regeneration and the healing process.
ROSEGERANIUM OIL Has balancing and refining properties on the skin’s surface. Helps to heal the skin and restores vitality.
CORIANDER OIL An antioxidant-rich oil containing minerals that have a protective effect on the skin. Soothes sore muscles and tension, whilst its antibacterial and antiseptic properties reduce inflammation.
CLOVE OIL Has antiseptic and healing properties for damaged skin, such as acne, bruises and superficial wounds. Clove stimulates blood circulation and has anti-itching properties.
LAVENDER OIL Has antiseptic and naturally cleansing properties for the skin. Lavender is known to heal, soothe and reduce redness and irritation. Lavender is recognised as a relaxing aromatherapy treatment before bedtime.
GRAPEFRUIT OIL Has a naturally high content of vitamin C and other antioxidants. Grapefruit has a naturally energising effect and boosts mental focus and motivation.
CEDARWOOD OIL Cedarwood oil is known for its purifying, antiseptic and balancing properties. Cedarwood has a warm, woody scent that has a grounding and stabilising effect. A natural aid to balance.
