Payment
All prices include VAT and are in Danish kroner. We accept Dankort, Visa and MobilePay. The account details you enter when purchasing products from our online shop are processed by Quickpay and will be sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL).
The amount of your order will be debited from your account as soon as the goods have left Karmameju’s warehouse.
The gift voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue.
Liability
At Karmameju, we strive to ensure that our website is always up to date and free from errors. However, we reserve the right to make exceptions in the event of items being out of stock, printing errors, price changes and unforeseen circumstances.
Karmameju is responsible for the products until they are in your possession, after which responsibility for the parcel passes to you. Karmameju cannot be held liable for products damaged whilst in your care.
Karmameju retains full ownership of the products until full payment has been received.
Karmameju reserves the right to amend and update the rules and terms applicable to this website. It is therefore your responsibility to keep yourself informed of any changes.
Misuse
It is not permitted to use product designs, product names, images or trademarks presented on the site without written permission from Karmameju. Any misuse will be reported.
Misuse of product offers will result in the cancellation of the order in question. We do not accept orders where personalised offers sent to you have been shared with others. Offers are valid only for the person to whom the offer was personally sent. Offers of free products are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right at any time to cancel, reject or revoke orders, offers and promotions if there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of the above or other terms and conditions.
Privacy policy relating to placing orders
When you order a product from the Karmameju online shop, you will be asked to enter a range of personal details (name, address, telephone number, email and delivery address), including financial details (credit card details or MobilePay).
This information will be used solely for delivery and invoicing purposes, as well as for any purchase-related matters, should, for example, a problem arise with your order. Any item purchased on karmameju.dk is subject to Danish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
