Delicious immune-boosting smoothie

Good nutrients help to strengthen your immune system. This spice-based immune booster contains, amongst other things, vitamin C, which is said to have a protective effect against bacteria and free radicals. Vitamin C can also have a positive effect on your skin’s elasticity and firmness.

This spice-infused immune-boosting smoothie is spiced up with immune-boosting spices that make your senses dance with aromas that bring to mind colder times, jumper weather and cosiness.

The recipe contains vitamin A, which is a fat-soluble vitamin, so it’s important to consume it alongside fats so that your body can absorb it. So please don’t skip the oil in the recipe!
