It’s important to remember that the product comes in an airless bottle, which means the cream is dispensed by pressing the base upwards when you start using it.
It can sometimes take a long time to get the pump working, which might make you think it isn’t working. If you’ve also taken the bottle apart, air will have entered the bottle and this air must first be pumped out again.
After that, you can try pumping again, be a little patient, and see if it starts working.
If it still won’t work, turn the bottle upside down, with the cap on, and tap it gently on the table so that the cream rises and engages with the pump.

Club products are 20 of our best-selling items, worth up to 349,-. These are not samples, but our most popular full-size products, which you are free to choose from (upon joining, on your birthday, and every time you’ve spent a total of 1200,- across one or more orders).
In addition, we regularly select the Club Product of the Month, which you can choose from among the Club products. The Club Product of the Month is always seasonal and is sometimes of a higher value than the Club products. We change the Club Product of the Month every month to best meet our members’ wishes.
Yes, under ‘Settings’ on your profile page, you can opt in or out of emails from Karmameju and from Klub Karmameju. There are some types of emails we are required to send you: for example, your order confirmations or information about your Klub Karmameju savings.
The total amount you spend on karmameju.dk is added up every time you shop. Once you have spent 1,200, you’ll be eligible to choose a club product.
For example, if you spend 1,550, you’ll be eligible to choose a club product, whilst also having 350 in your savings towards your next optional club product.
If you haven’t logged in for the last two years, we’ll consider your profile inactive and delete it. We’ll send you an email before we delete your profile so you have time to respond and any savings you’ve accumulated aren’t reset.
You can only redeem one birthday gift per year. We’ll be sure to send you an email if we see that you have a gift due to you that’s about to expire.
