Tea as a twist in cocktails

White tea has a delicate, lovely aroma and flavour that pairs exceptionally well with cocktails.

In this recipe, the delicate white tea is beautifully complemented by honey and lemon juice. Make it with either a good-quality vodka, gin or another white spirit. It can also be made as a virgin cocktail if you prefer an alcohol-free version.

The drink can be whipped up in a few minutes and is therefore ideal as an after-work drink or for a festive occasion.
