Delivery and return
You can change or cancel your order if it has not been sent, so please contact customer service as soon as possible and we will strive to help you. In case the products have been sent, then you will have to send it back to us to receive a refund. Remember that the freight will not be refunded nor will we be able to pick up the products.
If you want to change or return the products, then you will have to send the product back in the same condition as you received it with the invoice, as well as a filled out return form to: Karmameju ApS, Rentemestervej 43, 2400 København NV, att: Return.
Please note that returned goods send with cash on delivery or unstamped will be denied receipt. Furthermore it is your responsibility that the products are being delivered to Karmameju in perfect condition.
You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. You have a 2 year warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Your claim should be send to us as soon as possible.
Products bought on the Karmameju Web shop can be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
At the moment we only ship to addresses in Europe, but we are working on being able to send our products all over the world.
All products are sent with GLS from our warehouse within 3 working days.
For orders send to a danish address, you have two of the following delivery possibilities:
1. You can get your order sent to a GLS Pakke shop
2. You can get your order sent directly to a business address
If you select to get it sent to a Pakke shop then GLS will send you a text message or an email when the products are ready to be picked up. If you do not respond within 5 days then the products will be returned to our Warehouse.
The freight price is DKK 49,00 and by purchases over DKK 500,00 we ship freight free all over Denmark.
An order sent to an address in Europe, the parcel will be send by GLS, and the freight price will show up when you place the order.
It is prohibited to use any product designs, product names or trademarks presented on this site without prior written consent from Karmameju. Any misuse will be reported to the police.
We will at Karmameju aspire to make the website updated and accurate at all times, but in case of sold out goods, price changes or other unintentional errors we will not be held liable for these errors.
Until the order is in your hands Karmameju has the responsibility of the products, but as soon as the product is handed to you, then you will become the responsible owner of the parcel. We will not be held liable if the product is damaged in your possession.
Karmameju will maintain the full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.
Karmameju reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions applicable to this website. It is therefore important that you keep yourself informed of any changes.
All prices are inclusive of 25% VAT and stated in Danish kroner DKK and we accept Dankort, Visa and Master Card..
The account information you enter when purchasing products from the web shop is processed via Quickpay and will be sent directly to PBS in an encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. It is therefore not possible for 3rd parties to intercept any credit card information.
The amount is deducted from your account as soon as the goods leave from Karmamejus Warehouse.
When you order a product from the Karmameju Web shop, we request some personal information (name, address, telephone number, email and delivery address) and we also need financial information (credit card number, expiration date and the three digit security code). This information will be used for delivery and billing purposes only.
All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with consumer legislation. Your personal information will not be circulated nor shared without your acceptance.
Your email and cell phone number is used when GLS has delivered your parcel at your chosen "Pakke shop", they will either mail or text you saying that your parcel is ready to be picked up. Remember to bring the pick up number GLS sends to you.
